I started this blog in 2012 to track what I was learning while I was teaching myself how to program an Arduino and play around with a 4x4x4 LED cube. That led me to 3D printing and Repraps, then I got distracted by FPV and racing quadcopters. So while my interests are all over the place they will generally be focused on 3D printing, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Emulation, LiDar, 3D photogrammetry, photography, quadcopters and IT.

I started building my 3D printer on Saturday
I got the last of the parts I needed to start building my Reprap Prusa Mendel 3D printer. I finally had some time to start building it last Saturday. I got up to measuring the frame and tightening it up when I finally had to get some sleep. Probably not going to do much on it today since it's mothers day. I'll probably have some more time a couple of the evenings in the next week to set aside a few hours here and there to get the rest of the frame set up.
